We would highly recommend Tegan Services to anyone. We were first time buyers with not a lot of funds. Ross took the time to look at only what was absolutely necessary and explain everything through. We got two other quotes and we did not get the same reception. Instead we just got two 'reports' which quoted for items we hadn't discussed with a price tag which was nearly double. Ross and his team then went on to complete all the work on time and gave us regular updates on how everything was going. Very efficient and friendly service.

Hi All, My partner and I have just bought a new flat in the area. We're looking in to moving the kitchen to where the bedroom is, what I suppose used to be the dining room or second living space. The bedroom has a waste pipe, which is the top 2 flats waste pipe, running outside of the French doors which lead onto the garden and the room is right next to the boiler on the adjoining wall. There's also a gas pipe in the room. The property is a semi detached Victorian property and we are on the ground floor with side acces. There is also a basement below. Has anyone ever done something like this? And how easy was it? If so, does anyone know of anyone who could do this for us please? Thank you for any help!
