Hi there EDF, As the season changes, I am keen to do a wardrobe refresh. In an effort to reduce the impact on the environment and my wallet I have had a look around online from a clothes swap but I can't find anything local.... So I wondered if some ladies out there would be interested in helping organise one with me. The premise is simple - you bring the clothes you don't want and swap them for others peoples clothes that you do want. I have also been known to fall in love again with old clothes that I brought to swap ;) All the remaining clothes then go to a local charity. Any takers?? It should be fun!

Hi EDF Community, I started kettlebell training and I love it! I was doing 1 session a week with a friend on the Rye but unfortunately, she can't do it anymore. Is anyone keen to join me - to motivate each other? I am not a beginner but definitely no fitness fiend. I work from home so I am fairly flexible with timing. Hope to hear from someone soon!
