  1. over the past 2 years I have been having reflexology sessions by Birgit Umland (known as Kaylaa) a German lady in East Dulwich. She is very thorough and affordable. Wanted to share here. Contact her at: 07505 662312, https://www.facebook.com/KaylaaSandwell/
  2. I would like to recommend the Shoe Repair Shop on Lordship Lane by the post office. It is in the same shop as the dry cleaners. He was very affordable and he has fixed what the other shoe repair guy next the East Dulwich Train Station could not fix. Food for thought.
  3. Robert Matthews has also helped me with my stress and anxiety after my divorce. In case helps: http://www.robertmatthews.co.uk/
  4. For an excellent and competent plumber also for boiler repairs, contact Gavin at 07956 912 549. Hope this helps.
  5. Hi All, I live in East Dulwich and thought it might be helpful to spread the word that I am available to teach African dance to schools, gyms, individuals, or groups of individuals interested. I introduced African dance to Turkey out of love and passion after I returned from Manhattan where I lived for 11 years where I discovered this, formed the first African dance troupe in Turkey and was chronicled at reputable media sources including the CNN and the New Yorker magazine: https://www.newyorker.com/culture/culture-desk/talking-drums. 6. I had a negative experience with the shoe repair shop next to Rice & Pees by the East Dulwich Train Station. He was supposed to be done with a simple repair past weekend -changing the tip plastic part of a stiletto heel of my boots. Stopped by at 10:20am today to pick them up, he was closed, and he didnt answer the phone. Left him two messages. He called back 10 minutes later telling me he is taking a shower and that he needs to get dressed first. 10 minutes later I was at his store again, after making me wait for a little while in front of the door he came from inside and opened the door without any apology. Then he brought the boots saying he didnt fix them that he couldnt take the nail out of the heel. When I asked why he didnt call me to tell me this, he looked at the boots and saw my number there and said 'oh I have your number'. Than his phone rang. He reached to answer. I took the boots and left. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and almost enjoying mistreating people type of too relaxed and uncaring attitude that I thought I better share here so people know and use another show repair shop maybe the one by Lordship Lane.
