I think the 4m old developmental leap gets confused with hunger (hence why weaning is a temptation
Teething can also start
Have you read the wonder weeks?
-
It's not hunger, it's brain devt/changing sleep patterns
She will never go back to newborn sleep I'm afraid

Good post anna!

CN you feed baby lying down so you can just roll away when he drops off ?
-
Does little one have wind? Makes mine squirm...
8-6 possibly a bit late to bed for big one... mine were Ok with a 90 min nap till about 2.5, now if they sleep that long (in fact, at all, sob!) they don't go to bed well. But at 26m they were Ok napping till about 2.30.....
Early waking atm is the long days./light mornings I think

I think you can call kings private wing and ask who you can see
That's pretty much how I got sorted privately for my baby's Tongue tie
Many of the kings docs just work privately via that dept
-
My fourth baby wouldn't feed
It was just before Xmas so in the end I saw the Tongue tie doc privately and paid for the snip, about ?500 iirc
It usually requires two prime to confirm the tt and a wait if a couple of weeks
Our problem was never pain, it was a posterior tt and arched palate
After the snip it got worse before if got better - af one point hd was 100% on ebm but finally at 6w I could actually say he was s breastfed baby!

That's there a lot. Is it to do with the designer who has a property in Underhill rd? I forget her name. Blonde woman from those house renovation programmes.
-
I would leave a few messAges if necessary at kings
Claire seemed to do her phone calls 7-8pm evenings!
When she was away someone else cLled me and left info on my phone
Hope Claire is back soon
She really is an expert
-
HVe you got. Breastfeedng pillow? How much do they sleep? 3m is about the time they drop the newborn sleep patterns and probably start to
Need helP to get to sleep
They may wll be over tired
As ?a rule of thumb 2 hours awake time is probably enough?

For state schools you apply for nursery when they are about 2 1/2 to the school and for reception the January before they are 4 via the lea
For nurseries aged 0 onwards you should go on waiting list ASAP, this prob involves a fee
Even if you don't wNt to use a nursery for z baby, you might wSnt a morning only place from 2
There are different nurseries catering for those things, in general
If yOu live near goodrich then that's the school you hVe most chNce if getting into

Brief might wakings are normal
I think for you to attribute it to teething Odin and use medication there needs to be more than that ... Yet you need to be certain there is no actual
Illness going on
-
If your baby is born in kings you could see them
Before you are discharged
You can
Probably insist on staying in until you are happy bf is established
I would def call them
Now and talk it through
What do you think your problems were last time? X
-
There is a small team
Of advisors at kings
Claire kedvers though I think she may be on sabbatical
And Joanne Joseph I think is the other
If you have cause to go to kings for any reason late in pregnancy you could visit them / they are directly above the Antenatal clinic
Or call them now for a chat
Obviously getting to kings with a newborn isn't so eAsy but they are the experts and can diagnose and refer for Tongue tie for eg

Only it has certainly had very serious failings in thd interim
Hopefully the high profile criticisms gave had an effect and standards are improving?

Go for it if you really don't like mess
See what you think
It's very structured the way they give out little projects
You might like that approach or not

I think flowers then and a card
But is there anything useful you can do for her family?
A letter of condolence sharing happy memories, Fter she dies, is very comforting I think
Where to swim with 3 children?
