It's possible to meet with key midwifery staff at kings - director of midwives, labour ward manager etc, to discuss your care plan in advance. Everything agreed will then be noted and put into your file. You can have a similar discussion with your consultant (ask to see the actual consultant) If you don't manage to get in with community midwives, or even if you do, I would arrange a meeting at kings to talk it all through.
