Good evening. Have you ever had any problem with this venue. I booked the venue in August for my mum surprise 70th birthday who's is supposed to be on the 12th of November. 12 days before the event they called us to cancelled because they just found out that they have a cup match on that day. Now we're struggling to find another venue.
