  7. Beat those new year blues and kick start any January resolutions with an hour of dance based fitness to music from round the world. A great way to dance through and hour and have a dose of exercise without even realising it ? even if you think you have two (or more!) left feet, we guarantee there?s a move for you! You don?t need to be a dancer and you don?t need to be super fit ? although you might find yourself throwing some new shapes on your nights out and trimming down your body shape from coming to class. And if you are a dancer and/or super fit, you may find that these classes add a different flavour and sparkle to your weekly routine - feel free to pump up any of our moves to suit your flair and ability! Just bring a sense of fun, wear work out shoes, keep water and towel handy, and get ready to shake and shimmy the end of the day away. Just ?4 for your first class or ?6 normally.

Reggie

  10. Hi! I need someone to remove a damaged external door, fit and install a replacement door and new lock in Denmark Hill/East Dulwich area (SE5). It's a two part job as once the new door is cut to size and has the hinge settings etc set up, I'll need to prime&undercoat then gloss the door, before someone comes back to fit it. Any recommendations? Cheers
