I called Lee just before Christmas following recommendations on this forum and he came the next day (despite him being very busy on the run-up to Christmas). He installed a new integrated dishwasher and sorted out the heating, (also giving great advice about how to maximise the heating to the radiators). He assessed what still needed to be done in the new year (jobs that were less urgent and could wait) so that he could be prepared when he returns. He was friendly, reliable and explained everything he was doing in a really helpful way. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and we will definitely be getting him back shortly to do some other jobs.
