Hi does anyone know if the fees for building regulation recoverable if approval not granted? im just in the middle of application. would appreciate help on that subject

It's such a shame that people have to find so many workarounds to accomodate the change to 2 week recycling. Would have been far simpler if the council had stuck with weekly collections.
