If anyone is looking for an excellent builder or plumber I?d like to recommend Urban Space builders. They?re based in Norwood but do a lot of work in our area. After my father died my mother finally got to change the house to how she wanted it. I was worried about cowboy firms ripping off my mum so I made sure that I was involved. I was very pleasantly surprised. The main guy, Michael, helped my mum with some rather good space efficient solutions at the planning stage, gave an itemised quote, started on time, finished on time, and nothing extra to pay. A quality job. As I say, I was very pleasantly surprised but my mum was over the moon. Highly recommended. Thanks

The customer service in this Post Office has dropped dramatically and is now as close to rockbottom as it can be. From what I understand it is not the staff who are to blame but the Post Office senior management. They are cutting both the number of staff and the number of post offices at an alarming rate, and are much more bothered about selling you a mortgage or life insurance than selling you what you actually went in for. This is absolutely awful. The only time I'll let my cat out now is when I'm with her. Hope they catch the nasties responsible for this.
