I can certainly recommend Gary Skinner and his team (First Choice Decorating 07572588222). Really pleased with the work we have had done to our property in West Dulwich. They completely transformed a very bad extension at our property aswell as repairing sash windows & kitchen ceiling & even building a new garden shed. Paint work is exceptional. They are meticulous to detail and their work is of an excellent standard. Gary arranged the plumber, electrician & plasterer which was really convenient for us. Cant say enough good things about Gokay. Really enjoy working with him. He is very professional and great at tailoring the fitness program to your needs being mindful of injuries! A fountain of knowledge on all aspects of nutrition and fitness. I actually enjoy my sessions and I generally dont like doing any conditioning/strength work at the gym! Gokay makes it fun and I get results....I come away from these sessions feeling positive and motivated. Thanks Gokay!
