  1. Hi - really appreciated seeing your photo but can you tell me which archive it is from please? Or if it is a postcard, the name of the publisher so that I can try and track down any others that might have been taken of the area at the same time from the top of the old fire station. Once again many thanks.

  3. Many thanks. Yes I have seen this map - it is images of the building itself I am looking for.
  4. Many thanks - this is all fascinating. Were any other photos taken from the top of the old fire station? Also do you have a date for this photo please? One again many thanks for this.
  5. Many thanks. This is very interesting but I can't quite recognise the roads - do you have their names please? Thanks again.

  8. Many thanks - I think this is the gatepost to the Red House. The entrance to Adon Mount was behind the old Rockbank Hotel
  9. Many thanks - I have already tried this
  10. Does anyone have a photo, drawing or painting of Adon Mount, in Lordship Lane/Overhill Road, home of James Henderson (founder of the South London Press)? Built in the 1860s it was knocked down c.1910 and may have been designed by Alexander Kirkland. Many thanks.
