Baby bath and seat, both in good condition. £5 for the bath - in good condition £5 for the seat - it has suckers at the bottom to stop it moving about and a little play ball on the front. Great for once they can sit up -

Tripod lamp in a film directors style (note it's not been used for filming or photography). At full height it is 140cm tall with a base width of 65cm. But can be brough down using the screws on the legs to 97cm height and 45cm base width. Fully working and in good condition, just doesn't fit in our home now. -
We live in a garden flat on Therapia Road. And we can only hear muffled noises from above, the main noise we get is from the next door semi detached house to be honest. Obviously each house is different on the road and depending on the conversions,the tenants above and their furnishings. But we have had a really positive experience and absolutely love our house and road.
