I live in Devon and come and visit family in Upland Road regularly. I've read that inside the south/north circular is going to be the edge of the new congestion zone starting for non residents on 19th April this year. How is this going to work?

My gripe is the awful smell in the warm weather makes me often walk in the road, eg Crebor Street, and how ugly they all look on the pavements - the upper part of Upland Road as well as Dunstans Road.

I have just read an article about a couple dogs that have eaten fly argaric and been very ill - and sadly one who died, on Woodbury Common in Exeter recently. I wonder if it's the same reason.
