We're looking for local people that would like to develop their skills and train to become professional gardeners. Working with one of our qualified team leaders, you'll get hands on experience maintaining gardens, window boxes and interior plants for our clients in Central London. It really isn't necessary to have formal qualifications in this field but it would be great if you can demonstrate that you have some practical experience of basic gardening techniques. Above all you must have a desire to work with plants and have a 'can do' approach and a willingness to work hard. We can provide any other training required! The job can be demanding so you need to be physically fit. You must be enthusiastic, motivated and a team player. You must speak good English, be well presented and a clean worker. Driving is essential for this role and applicants must have a clean full UK driving licence (preferably for at least 5 years) and be over 26 years of age for insurance purposes.
