Hi everyone, Wanted to pass on my sincere high praise for Lukasz Kugaczewski and his team at L&L Building and Maintenance. I found them on the East Dulwich Forum (and he's been praised in other threads), and have had such a good experience I wanted to pay it forward incase anyone else is looking for a fantastic building crew: https://www.landl-build.com/ [email protected] 07926 651960 Lukasz transformed our run down Edwardian terrace that was previously rented for 30 years. His team stripped everything back and rebuilt to perfection, put in all new plumbing and wiring, extended and fully fit our upstairs bathroom, transformed a cupboard into a cloakroom toilet, and delivered the smoothest plastering and perfect tiling. He also fixed multiple problems that arose when uncovering things around the house that had been neglected for years, and having spoken to 6 other builders, Lukasz was definitely the best in terms of pricing and clear communication. Every other contractor who visited the property over the renovation commented on how good our building work was, and the quality of their craftmanship. This was our first renovation, but many people told me I was extremely lucky to have builders that kept everything extremely tidy, arrived every day on time, and were super considerate to neighbours. Lukasz is a very good person to work with, and really guides you through the process. It was a scary project to take on, but I am so glad I found L&L Building and Maintenance to turn our house into our dream home. Hi there! Looking for recommendations/quotes! I've just recently moved into a ground floor flat near North Cross road. We would like to remove a wood shed that was left by previous tenants to make way for a new shed, and also some doors that have been ripped out of the flat and are stored in the garden. We do not have a side return, so the removal would need to e done through our small flat, with extra care taken for all our new paintwork etc!
