  1. One to One and Two on One personal training studio available to hire afternoons/evenings and weekends. Pay per session so no monthly rent or commitments. Equipped with rower, assault bike, DBs between 1kg and 20kgs, Kettlebells from 4kg to 30kg, TRX, medicine balls and resistance bands. Set up to accommodate Covid protocols with hand sanitiser available on arrival and cleaning products for use after every session. I am a personal trainer and love the idea of local people coming together, encouraging each other to get moving and get healthier!   4. Hi all! Sophie and myself are looking to run bootcamps on the week of the 17th of July. I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2012 and have pre/post natal and gp referral qualifications, and Sophie is a qualified PE teacher. There will be 3 bootcamps at different times in the day: 1)7am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. At Peckham Rye and will cost ?80 in total. 2)10:30am on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at Peckham Rye Common and will cost ?60. This will be exclusive to mother and babies only and the focus will be more on core and returning to pre baby fitness levels. 3)7:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at Peckham Rye Common and will cost ?80 in total. All bootcamps will have sessions that will have a certain focus, including cardio, circuit training, agility, boxing and core training. Any abilities are welcome to join the bootcamps as there will be different level intensities for each exercise. Each session will be different and most importantly fun!
