I wanted to post for anyone looking for a Personal Trainer. I have been training with Gokay (http://www.yourlocalpersonaltrainer.co.uk/) since January and the change has been incredible. I was initially training to get fit for my wedding, but enjoyed it so much that I carried on the sessions afterwards! I lost weight, toned up, and had fun in the process. I have never felt stronger, happier or more confident in myself. I would highly recommend Gokay to get you in shape!
