BD06XSR. Hello everybody. There?s been an abandoned vehicle getting moved around the area over the last couple of years. It?s a graffitied ford transit, registration BD06xsr. No mot. Not tax. Three parking tickets at last count. Even after multiple reports the council fail to take action. They do nothing. Have you had experience of this, or other graffitied vehicles that do not get moved?
