Hi I have a small renovation job that I'd like help with. I would like to remove a wall between my kitchen and living room. We have had confirmation from a structural engineer that the wall is not load bearing and we have necessary permissions from our freeholders. We need a builder with insurance and also electrical Part P paperwork (for some rewiring) as we will need to provide evidence of this for a potential house sale in future.
