Hello, Admin, I'm a local knitwear designer living and working in East Dulwich. I recently posted a message with images advertising machine knitted scarves that I'm selling from my studio in SE22 and when I checked it later, it had been removed. I posted it again the next day and have just checked and once again it has been removed! Please can you let me know why? I've posted similar ads in the past and sold lots of my work via the forum. I've copied the post below as I'd kept a draft of it + also a copy of the message showing it has been deleted. Thanks for your help. My son's girlfriend has just received an email with the title being her email address and a message saying it had been hacked. It's a hotmail account and her payslips get sent to it and that's mostly why she's concerned. The message states her password from the email account (but it is an old one) It says it hacked her mailbox more than 6 months ago and has accessed all her accounts social networks, email and browsing history. It also implies she has been looking at 'intimate content sites' and has taken a screenshot through the camera on her device (she has it covered up on her laptop) and is asking for $841 in bitcoin to be sent to their account. We've reassured her that it sounds like a con and she's also checked it all out on the police advice website re hacking but it would be good if anyone else can advise her on what to do. She has a Macbook so any advice on the best anti-hacking software would also be handy.

That?s really helpful as othwrwise the excess waiver would cost us something like ?40 per day!!

Any recommendations for reputable car hire companies in Sardinia without all the hidden extras, anyone?

We've now got places to stay on the N.E.coast at great bargains, so now the question is - car hire - what a nightmare that always ends up being. Any suggestions of companies that don't have lots of hidden charges would be great.

thanks for the message, caterpillar78 - I see that Chia is in the south so guess that places further north would be even colder for swimming, if there is still a wind... Maybe the winds aren't always so strong- has anyone else been at that time of year?

thanks, Mrs TP As Southern Sardinia is a fair bit further down, we're hoping it will be that much warmer....?? A friend who knows people living there has been has just said re Sardinia - So my friend says that the warm seas at that time of year are "without a doubt, Villasimius ( a beautiful very popular ?place during the summer months ) Chia and all the Cagliari area, including Portopino, Teulada, Tuerredda etc October is definitely not holiday month so I should not think there are many people around. As it's the beginning of autumn the wind could be cold rather than warm, but it should be ok once you're in! Fabulous unspoilt white and golden sand beaches.

Update on this post - we've found places to stay so now looking for car hire recommendations. Has anyone hired a car in Sardinia? We've been ripped off when hiring in mainland Italy in the past so are looking for a reputable firm without all the hidden extras... We're staying in 2 different places right by the sea on the NorthEast coast but plan to travel around the northern half of the island so any suggestions of the best places to visit inland as well as on the coast would be great.

We found a baby sparrow on the ground this afternoon with its' mother nearby. The mother flew off when we approached. The nest is 3 floors up, in a gutter which is not accessible to us to put it back. the bird is young (short tail, fluffy head) and appears unharmed. It can hop about easily but does not fly away. After speaking to the RSPB, RSPCA + a local vet, we have carefully put it on a ledge which is accessible to the mother but out of the way of cats and foxes. We put it in a plastic box without touching it with our hands (used the box lid to carefully encourage it to hop in.) The box is open at one side so it can hop out onto the flat surface of the ledge. It went outside the box but has now gone back in. I heard a lot of chirping going on from the gutter earlier- maybe the mother?? We're not sure what to do when it gets later (and colder) tonight. Are there any wildlife experts out there who can give helpful advice? I've attached a photo showing where the nest is, where it landed and the ledge we have put the open sided box on. thanks for any suggestions.

Has anyone with severe eczema found foods or supplements which help it? And ones to avoid? I've had chronic eczema all over my body for the past 7 months and want to try alternative approaches to the course of steroids that the consultant has recommended. I've looked at quite a few eczema diet websites but some seem to have conflicting information so it would be good to hear from anyone who had tried it. What about juice fasts? Someone in a health shop recently told me about the juice fast that urticaria sufferer Joe Cross did - sounds miraculous!

In praise of my reggae-photographer friend David Corio - here's an iconic photo of his of Bob Marley Bob Marley's Last London show at Crystal Palace Bowl, London, UK (June 7, 1980)+ link to his website below. He says:- "This was Bob Marley?s last London concert and one of his final shows before his untimely death 10 months later. I?m sure not many people knew of his illness as he performed a stirring two hour show that afternoon. This venue has a lake in front of the stage and as I didn?t own a really long lens I waded into the lake with my camera and a few rolls of film in a carrier bag. I got to the front of the stage where the water was about 4 feet deep and shot from there. Bob performed in an almost hypnotic trance. Of the three rolls I shot I think he has his eyes open in only two of the photos. He was a shaman dancing, his locks all over his face throughout the show. This photo, the 37th frame on the roll, is for me the one that worked best graphically and symbolically." thanks everyone. I checked with easyframe and they also do a priority service - turnaround 2 days. Ikea's are now using perspex instead of glass in their frames now which is mainly why I'm shopping around...

I need to get some A3 sized white frames with mounts for photographs and sketches and also frames of other dimensions - I have used Ikea's 'Ribba' range before which are fine for what is needed https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/decoration/frames-pictures/ribba-frame-white-art-00268876/ but they have swapped from glass to plastic/perspex now so I'd like to shop around - any suggestions ? I need to keep costs down so can't afford really expensive ones.. I'm also looking for somewhere that sells box frames to mount a 2cm deep canvas in.
