Hi all! I'm a local midwife offering my services for all women and birthing people in the local area. Pregnancy and birth is incredible but I also realise it can be totally overwhelming, I'm here to ensure you go in to your pregnancy and birth feeling empowered and strong! Contact details can be found on the flyer but am also happy to answer any questions if you're interested in finding out more via DM on here. Look forward to hearing from you ☺️

My name is Amber and I am leading a walk in Southwark for Mental Health Mates, which you can read more about here (https://www.mentalhealthmates.co.uk) This will be our first walk in Southwark and will be a great opportunity to explore our lovely borough. This will be a monthly walking group exploring different parts of Southwark including Dulwich. Walk frequency may increase if demand is high! Getting out and about can be great for your mental health and this group is aimed at those who have or are struggling their mental health and would like to come along and connect with like-minded individuals. You can share as much or as little as you like whilst getting some fresh air. Please note this isn't a hardcore walking group! We will mostly be exploring local parks and woodland at a gentle pace. If you would like to sign up or find out more, please email [email protected]. I'd also be really grateful for a follow on our social media pages. Twitter & Instagram are both @mhmsouthwark. Hope to see you there! Please see poster for all the details.

Could I have a price list too please? Thanks!

Thank you! I'll see if professional aid can help. A lot of the nursing bodies only give grants to qualified nurses, not students sadly but will see what else I can find. Thanks so much for your help.

Hi IlonaM, thank you so much for reaching out! I have tried Turn2Us and have had varying success with some grants - a lot of the time I have found that they don't support students, even though I am a student nurse who received a bursary and not a student loan (the whole system changed recently) which means I don't receive very much money for my training compared to student loan receivers but, in terms of grants applications, I am still seen as a student - hope that makes sense! I'll keep trying though... Thanks for your advice!

I am still trying to fundraise for my student nurse volunteer trip (medical elective) If you are able to help, in any way, however small, I would be so grateful! You can donate, here: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/amber-price Thanks again

Hello, I hope this is the right section to post. I am currently trying to do some crowdfunding for a nursing elective and just wondered if anybody here had experience of crowdfunding or asking for local businesses in Dulwich for donations? Would really appreciate any advice and here is this link: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/amber-price Thank You!
