I joined the gym at Dulwich Leisure Centre a couple of months ago with the aim of becoming a regular gym-goer (which I've never been). The only opportunity I have to go is in the morning before work, but I'm not a morning person by any stretch of the imagination and my level of motivation is pretty low, so this is proving difficult!
