    Come and sing with The Singing Geese at Goose Green Coffee Morning. It's a group where everyone is welcome, even if you think you can't sing! The singing starts at 11:30. And of course we will also be serving coffee, tea and our delicious cake from 11 o'clock.

    Just a few days before St Andrew's Day, this Ceilidh will be a thoroughly enjoyable evening of dance for people of all ages. St John's are thrilled to have Wraggle Taggle Ceilidh Band playing for us and leading us through our steps. There will be an interval for supper and a licensed bar. Tickets costs are: Adults £15 Children 5 – 16 £5 Under 5’s Free Tickets available via Eventbrite https://tinyurl.com/STJCH, please note booking fee applies. Tickets may also be purchased after 10am Mass on Sundays.
  3. St John's East Dulwich is very pleased to host this joint concert by Beckenham Youth Voices, The Elm Singers and St John's Choir. The evening will include Gabriel Faure's Requiem plus a variety of other music for choirs. Refreshments will be served during the interval. Free event with retiring collection. All welcome.

  6. The parish of St John the Evangelist, East Dulwich wishes to appoint a new Parish Administrator with effect March/April 2023. We are seeking a well-organised and diplomatic individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills to join us as our new Parish Administrator, working alongside staff, volunteers and community groups. The role is key to the life of St John’s, enabling the smooth and effective running of the church as an organisation. Working primarily with the Vicar, they provide administrative support, prepare materials for services and church events, manage the church diary and Goose Green Centre bookings, handle internal and external communications and administer DBS Safeguarding checks. The Parish Administrator also has a role in the safe and smooth running of the building. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an approachable personality, good office, organisational and IT skills, and experience in online communications. 25 hours per week, which can be worked flexibly by agreement. Salary £14.50 per hour. Statutory holidays (including bank holidays) of 140 hours per year. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
