Interesting assumption alice. Mine would have been that the parents accidentally left the scooter outside because they had to carry in loads of other stuff. They probably just about jad time for a cup of tea before remembering the scooter.

Wierd world when there is more outrage about a dodgy username than there is concern for a small chikd who has lost his scooter...and his crefully assembled elastic band collection.

For me the carefully assembled elastic band collection just about idetifiable on the vid makes it obvious that the scooter was left outside by accident. A quick knock on the door is surely in order when there is no explicit sign.
