Its it so cold and he is sleeping and living there. There must be something that could be find for him -

Hi I have seen a disabled homeless man living on the lordship side of the harvester sleeping near the garden under a covering. Someone this weekend has put some plastic up to protect him from the weather. He has a bed made and as I go to work st 6.30 he is up in his chair. I believe this is where he is living
