I have no experience with Bessemer Primary, but looking at the Southwark Performance indicator the school is under performing. https://www.compare-school-performance.service.gov.uk/schools-by-type? I can really recommend Judith Kerr Primary School on Half Moon Lance. Excellent Performance, lovely community and that they teach German on top of the impressive curriculum is certainly a plus.

try Judith Kerr Primary School in Herne Hill on Half Moon Lane if it is not too far away from you. They just had a brilliant Ofsted Inspection and have excellent performance ratings: https://www.compare-school-performance.service.gov.uk -
try Kindergarten Forest Hill in Forest Hill, they are brilliant even though they have a long waiting list it might be worth a try ....

Hi there, I can recommend Judith Kerr Primary School, Half Moon Lane in Herne Hill. It's a 2 form entry school with a lovely community. They just had an Ofsted Inspection where the Inspector was really impressed about the teaching and learning in particular. My son is now in Y6 and started in Y1 - he managed to get into selective schools for September this year. We were very happy with the school. Apart from a good curriculum they teach a lot of German. I can recommend the school. -
Hi there, I can recommend Gill Hall, mobile 07736400658. Our son managed to get a space at Dulwich College for Y7 entry in September this year. He also got an offer from a grammar school. She is excellent and certainly knows the requirements of the independent schools in the area.

Hi there, I had my son tutored for 2 years with Gill Hall http://up-a-level.co.uk, 07736400658 (my son is the very left in the picture) and we were very happy with the result. He managed to get an offer from a grammar school and most importantly our first choice school Dulwich College, where we accepted a place. Tutoring was once a week for 2 full hours for a very reasonable price, according to what I have heard from other families. He enjoyed the sessions even though it was extra work and was very happy when he noticed his progress. I can certainly recommend her. Best wishes and good luck to your son!
