  2. Join us for a hands-on session where will you will get stuck into making a jar of Korean kimchi. Kimchi, a staple in Korean cuisine, is a traditional side dish made from salted and fermented Chinese leaf cabbage with a spicy sauce. You will be given full instructions on how to ferment this jar of spicy goodness at home. It will be ready just in time to serve with the Christmas turkey! Refreshments on arrival.   5. Sorry for the slow reply, I only just saw this! Yes a 15 year old could attend with an adult to supervise as we'll be using chef's knives for cutting the cabbage.
