Has anyone used a motorised scooter? The Swifty ones look good.

Do they do gas work?

I am looking for some feedback on living in this area. What is the train noise like? Noise from football games? Are there any further building works being planned? And, if anyone is thinking of selling/moving next year, do let me know.
