My young Spanish firend is looking for casual employment at reasonable rates in the local area. I have a horrid and debilitating tendon problem in my ankle (tenosynovitis of posterior tibial tendon to give it its scary name) My condition is now chronic; I've seen several physios and am on waiting list for steroid injection. Physio Consultant at Kings has suggested that there are few treatment options other than the injection (success not guaranteed) and rest with gradual reintroduction of exercise. Have any of you been treated for tenosynovitis or other soft tissue problems (specifically feet/ankles) and can you make any Osteo recommendations? I'm also looking for somebody local who practices the Graston Technique? as walking is an issue, I'd really like somebody local or within very easy reach on public transport - ie minimal walking. Any thoughts on Graston technique also gratefully received .. hoping it's not total woo-woo?

Hi there. Looking for an experienced and competent builder who can assist with a structural issue with my property which is showing signs of movement. I know there are lots of excellent builders out there who can do a great refurb/kitchen/bathroom/general building job but I need somebody who's been around the block and who has more than a passing understanding of building structure.
