  2. I'm delighted to be able to bring Pilates to you in your home during this very unsettling time. Many of us are experiencing higher levels of anxiety than usual and Pilates can be a really helpful tool to reduce tension. When you focus on the exercises you?ll be able to quiet your mind and nervous system creating a sense of calm and relaxation in your mind and body. I'm running the following weekly classes via Zoom: Mondays at 11.30am - Classical Mat for all levels Thursdays at 9.45am - Improver Level Thursdays at 11.30am - Beginner Level Class numbers are limited so that everyone can be corrected during the class. Classes running through Easter Holidays and beyond at Albrighton Community Centre from 10-11am every Wednesday, only ?10 per session.   11. This new weekly Pilates class for Mums offers the chance to exercise while your babies and toddlers are close to you so there's no worry about childcare. It's also a great opportunity to meet other mums in your local area in a relaxed and fun environment. Your children can play on the soft play, sleep in their buggies or stay with you on your mat. All levels of Pilates experience welcome. First class, Wednesday 21st February 10-11am. Join my mums and kids exercise class and spend some time on yourself Bring your kids with you so you can workout without having to worry about childcare! The class will be in a hall that is child-friendly with a soft play area set out for them to play while you practice Pilates.
