Saturday 10am at Dulwich Library (Please arrive between 9.45 and 10am) Every Saturday morning we hold a meditation session. Everyone is welcome.   7. Sadly the roof has not been fixed and the meditation has to be cancelled for this Saturday. We hope the meditation on Wednesday 12:30 to 13:30 and next Saturday will be able to go ahead. Michael
  8. Dulwich Library have a leak in their roof and the upstairs area is shut today (Friday 15 March). HOPEFULLY it may be fixed in which case we will go ahead with the meditation as usual at 10am. They will update us by 5pm Friday, we will let people know on here and by email if you have subscribed to our newsletter. 'You never know' was the theme for this week! Thanks Michael

It's open to everyone - beginners to experienced, no special clothing needed, comfortable chairs available (you can sit on the floor if you prefer).
