  1. Hi everyone, I require someone that can come and install an outdoor tap, will be located opposite where my sink is, so not complicated. Someone that’s reasonably priced please.
  2. Hi everyone, I was looking for a decent carpenter at a reasonable price to deck my small area and build a trellis fence and I would recommend Martin broad to anyone that needs carpentry done at high quality and great value as well. He was very precise. Made sure that I was happy with everything and he was an overall nice guy and would love for him to come back and do some more work for me. I don’t normally have time to shout out reviews however in this instance he went far beyond what I expected and deserves the recommendation, me and my wife are very happy with the outcome of our little deck and fence. His number is 07754713982 and his website is www.mbroad.co.uk
  3. Go and have a jam with him or her lol
  4. Irritating , one parked in the road blocking the goose green roundabout.
  5. Move to county durham, you can buy a whole street and the rest!
  6. I didn't leave my wife to "sort it out" I had to go to work and she was to pay him....
  7. Yes I did.... And...what's your point? cella Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > You left the house and left your wife with him to > sort it out.....?
  8. I had a knock on the door asking if I would need my garden tidied up, trimming etc... I agreed as he quoted me a good price, unfortunately the job was not satisfactory and he had ruined my border leaving it in need of repair and now I think it looks worse than when he started! I had to nip out and left my wife to pay him on job completion in cash. The guy sounded like he was Irish and had a bag with him, the point of this post is to let people aware of his workmanship is not great if he does knock your door :( Maybe I'm just unlucky on this occasion but hey... you pay for what you get right?
  9. The pizza is great...yummmmmmm the cheese they use is the best vegan cheese I've had, a really lovely base (not to thin) fresh tomatoes on it.... Ive missed pizza so much, Katanita I would urge you to try one, I hope the kebabs come back to. katanita Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Oh! What happened to the kebabs and not mac and > cheese? Was gonna try those tonight :(
  10. I hope the pizza they just put on the menu are as good as the burgers they do, I haven't seen them on the deliveroo app yet, but they could be affiliated? I'm with you on that its a great concept. chris1001uk Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Had the cheese burger and fries last night and it > was really good, agree on the meaty taste and even > the texture too, best vegan burger I've had. 11. Ive had silk for years and its so good for that naked sleep soooo nice, go for it.
  12. I just finished a burger with vegan bacon and cheese and I have say I'm pleasantly surprised, It tasted smokey and the texture was a unique melt in the mouth. Other vegan burgers I've had in the past have disappointed me due to being bland and cardboardy, one of my favourite burgers I discovered was by Linda McCartney but.... I didn't think I would be saying this, this burger from them has out done the Linda ones for me. I wasn't a huge fan of the Mac & cheese as it wasn't to flavoursome. The churros are to die for! So all in all, I am definitely going to be a regular customer and I think its fab!
  13. Hi, try task rabbit there may be someone on there that can do this.
  14. I agree with rendel, although I have been a vegan for only 4 months now due to ethical and health reasons, I have found myself craving a burger from time to time, I miss the taste, however I am more aware of the sentient beings and the treatment of them. I'm going to order from them tonight and will give my verdict. rendelharris Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Jules-and-Boo Wrote: > -------------------------------------------------- > ----- > > I know - I'm not going to go through all the > > obvious things, but removing Junk from their > title > > (i.e. main selling point) would be a good > start. > > They haven't put junk in their title at all, it's > not mentioned anywhere in their website - that's > just something Wayne put in his thread title. > They're called Vegan Plates East Dulwich. > > Personally as someone who's been a vegan for three > decades, I loved meat before giving it up on > ethical/environmental grounds and anything that's > a good simulacrum of a hot dog or a burger will > get me through the door!
