Great to hear. We're in the middle of a conversion (with a different company) and they've badly marked the inside walls of our stairs and landings, even down to the plaster in places. They tell us this is completely normal (although they didn't mention this when they discussed the project with us). Did this happen to you? And if so did they put it right? This company are saying they won't redecorate.

Did a bit of research yesterday about using them for a more traditional build (that's what we prefer I think. If you do it that way we were put off by people saying your main contract isn't with Landmark Lofts but with the builders they appoint. Guess in that case you're at the mercy of if the building team is good enough, which seems pretty risky when you're talking about such huge sums of money?

Benchmark don't seem to answer emails. Tried twice in the past 2 weeks to get a quote but no reply :-( Very disappointed!

Sadly haven't heard back from Benchmark Lofts despite emailing them twice over the past 2 weeks to try and get a quote. No idea if they've gone out of business but if you can't even get a quote out of a company guess they wouldn't be very responsive if you were trying to sort out an issue you had?!

We want to do a loft conversion soon. Has anyone had one that they?re really happy with? Looking for recommended firms who do a good job at a reasonable cost.
