Yoga | Mindfulness Meditation | Great Food | Acupuncture | Fermentation Workshop Join us here at The Honor Oak Wellness Rooms on Monday 28th May for a creative, nourishing, restorative and laid-back day retreat. The day will begin with a joyful and invigorating flow yoga class in our light-filled loft studio with Emma-Jane Bunn, helping to prepare the body to move into an extended meditation and breath-work practice (pranayama). Lunch will be a delightful and nourishing 2 courses provided by Natural Chef Nena Foster, and if the weather holds out we'll eat on our secret roof terrace! The afternoon will include a Meditation practice (including optional Acupuncture treatments) and an in-depth and creative fermentation workshop, and the day will conclude with a deeply relaxing restorative yoga practice.
