Just to make everyone aware that Pedder Property are the worst Property Managment team you can work with. Due to the adverse weather conditions last Thursday my pipes froze. Contacted Pedder first thing in the morning, as they manage my Property. They sent someone to try to fix, who said nothing could be done until Monday, as I would need the pipes to unfreeze. Called them again and asked what was I supposed to do until Monday as I didn?t have any toilet facilities. No answer. They sent someone else to look at the problem. I was told to wait. If they didn?t turn up to call back. Which I did before 6 pm. There was no one at the office. They couldn?t care less. Spoke with them again on Friday morning and asked what should I do. No suggestions from them. Asked if I could go to a hotel as I need to have toilet facilities. Still nothing. The weekend went by, Monday all day, still no solution and not even a phone call from Pedder wondering how I as or how I was dealing with the problem. I definitely don?t recommend Pedder to anyone
