  1. Great job Joe, it looks great. Being married to a software engineer, I appreciate all the hard work that goes into making a site suitable for multiplatforms. I'm on a windows laptop and it's super smooth. Nice work
  2. Well, any scheme that makes us think twice about using our car has to be a good thing. Sure it?s a revenue raiser, and hopefully the revenue can go into improved cycle lanes etc. Seems that the parameters are a bit arbitrary tho... This is an interesting read: Old banger v diesel: Which is more toxic? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-41640746 I am currently without a car as my husband now works away from home half the week. I?ve looked into zip cars and Ubers for the occasions where I might need a car... it is definitely cheaper than getting a car! I want to change our old Auris for a Prius, but my god they?re pricey. In a few years we?ll all be sharing self-drive vehicles won?t we?
  3. Picturehouse used to be independent of course... until it was bought out by Cineworld. Still, it screens interesting films.
  4. I've not got a vested interest, except in the fact that it is nice to support the more independent cinema. It was also a welcome addition to the area =) ?22 for a parent and child is incredibly expensive!
  5. I imagine it's to do with encouraging people to buy the membership, which works out very reasonable. Peckham plex is cheap but a bit of a dive
  6. Yes! Nicola Taylor, a beautician living in Herne Hill does amazing pedicures at your home. It?s a whole therapy experience as she uses beautiful oils in the water to soften feet and then massages them before attending to the prep and finish of the nails. Highly recommend. instagram.com/nicolataylorbeauty 07958 940250
