Hi everyone, I'm a Journalism student and with the recent news about food wastage in the UK I was wondering if anybody knew of any businesses around ED that are doing anything particularly interesting with food waste? Its quite an important topic I would love to learn more about and maybe report on for an assignment I have due. Would be interesting to know what we are doing about it in our area I know what's thrown out goes to a composting place if I'm not mistaken? Is anyone taking matters into their own hands? Doesn't only have to be businesses I would love to learn about any locals too
