I had Balance Building Services in my house to do a bit of refurbishment (inside / outside painting, fixing some tiles). They did an excellent job, the guys were polite and made sure the house was tidied up after they finished. The quotation was honest and clear, they don't try to hide costs and they don't drop "extras" on you as the work progresses. I fully recommend them for building & decorating work; if you choose to use them you will not be disappointed! Patryk and his team just finished replacing my old rotten garden fence and front gate. He did a fantastic job, his team was on time and left the house clean (they had to take everything through my house as I don't have direct garden access). The quality of the work is second to none and I am extremely happy with how it all went. The work was completed really quickly, no fuss and very professional. Would 100% recommend him for other work.
