  1. I have been working out with David Wilson during the lockdown...online of course, on whatsapp or zoom, both of which are really easy to use and the pic is clear. It's worked really well. It's good being able to carry on a sort-of "normal" routine, albeit online. The workouts have helped with fitness levels of course but also general mental and emotional well-being. David varies the routine ever so slightly every time and that prevents it from being "samey".
