It does regard that photo which was taken some time ago and has had an enforcement against it which was inadequate in my veiw and has in some sense exacerbated the problem. It is going through the complaints procedure at present however I don't have much faith in them these days. Just thinking ahead.. for alternatives. A.

How does one go about suing the council? is it very difficult?

I don't need to worry about the rats as the foxes chase them away

Do you think this may have affected the value of my property?
