Thanks spider69 IlonaM Thanks for your advice. It does regard that photo which was taken some time ago and has had an enforcement against it which was inadequate in my veiw and has in some sense exacerbated the problem. It is going through the complaints procedure at present however I don't have much faith in them these days. Just thinking ahead.. for alternatives. A.
