Hello, We have an aupair for the first time. How much do you pay your Aupairs when they do weekday or Saturday evening babysitting?

Hello, We are new to the aupair situation and wonder what the local rates are for aupairs (basic allowance before pay for extra babysitting etc)? Would appreciate your thoughts, I know that there are some national guidance on aupair world but have noticed that those rates might not be in line with local rates other aupairs get [certainly in hackney where we are now, moving to Dulwich soon].
