It's not just about whether he publicly expresses racist views now. It's also about his initial repeated denials he said or acted in a racist way as a schoolboy. That has since morphed into ''I was only a very young boy etc''...''I never said anything directly to hurt someone etc'', both of which have been debunked, see below. His refusal to admit he lied and acted as he did, and more importantly apologise to those he offended/targeted, has now become the fundamental issue...

One year my school mates and I couldn't be bothered making a Guy so we took it in turns to be the Guy sat in an old pushchair. I reckon we had about a 50% success rate... 😆

You keep missing the main point, Farage, as an adult, has consistently denied these accusations over the years, it's only since several people have recently come forward in person with these accusations that he has now backtracked on those denials. It's also very telling that he never sued Crick about the claims made in his book...

Comparing to Week 11 last season, the table is a lot more compact, even the distance between top and bottom is half of what it was when RC was a runaway leader on 90+ points. Also worth remembering there are 25 or so game weeks left, so any points difference can slowly be eroded away. Week 11 points... Week 11 table....

Europe, very much so, the whole of August is a write-off, if you want anything delivered from there, forget it, but there's no similar summer shutdown period in the UK as such, just people taking hols while kids off school etc. The nearest the UK construction sector has to a proper shut down is the Christmas/New Year period when, depending on when the Bank Holidays fall, there's an approx 10-14 day unofficial shutdown between Christmas and New Year... -

One thing I think is underplayed is that we, the country as a whole, and in particular the Westminster media bubble & 24/7 newstainment cycle, have become addicted to the political drama the Tories served up post-2016, hence the view that Starmer is boring etc. It's got so bad that a leader of a respected political party spent the last GE campaign performing a series of publicity stunts in order to get the media's attention, and that became the story not the policies being promoted. Make Politics Boring Again...
