I could quote something similar that was promised for the fishing and farming communities but hasn't been delivered. The NHS, and so on. Again, millions of people believed all this. All these promises haven't been delivered and plenty of Leave voters are now recognising that. The Brexit that was promised has failed and there won't be a second chance. It's now just a question of how long it will take before the UK forms closer economic ties with the EU again...
