I find that if you give your name and mobile number when replying and say when you can collect (eg I can collect this evening at X) you are far more likely to be successful. I also prioritise people who say please and thank you - simple manners. You can also block people who fail to show or respond in a timely manner.

Just had the most delicious meal. Shared a whole chicken meal - £25 and not a scrap and left for our cats. Well done Paul and the rest of the team. Would thoroughly recommend.
