  1. I wanted to offer a recommendation for an excellent personal trainer who Is talented and dedicated and very reliable. I started training with Personal Trainer Madera in January 2018 the main reasons were for weight loss, strengthen my core muscles and closes up a gap in my stomach muscles and improve my overall fitness You can track your progress with real tangible figures as Maddie measures your stats and tests Cardio fitness and muscle strength and flexibility. Maddie re-visits these tests periodically and I was shocked when I saw how much my muscle strength in my arms had improved, how my stamina had improved and how much weight I hav lost. The most standout qualities in Maddie are her honesty , her willingness to always make you feel at ease and in a safe space and how flexible she is because she understands that we all have such busy lives with jobs and families to manage. She is very warm and calm. The next most notable important factor is her preparation with all the sessions, I hadn?t once found the sessions tedious or boring because no 2 sessions are ever the same whilst always keeping the clients needs and goals at the forefront of the sessions. I have excercised on and off most of my life but I still come across things in the sessions with Maddie that I haven?t tried before.
