Im posting to recommend Patryk Szczyglewski and his team. This is the second time I've used him (and the second time Ive recommended him), as he's super reliable, great quality, good value and has an eye for detail in everything he does. The first time I used him was to fully landscape our back garden. He built us some bespoke fencing and a shed, fully paved out patio and built some concrete rendered planters. The second time, he helped us out of a tight situation where an external decorator (unfortunately highly praised on this Forum and well known in Dulwich), aggressively quit mid job. Patryk and his team came to the rescue and finished painting the outside of house immaculately. Patryk is your man. [email protected] He did our whole back garden at the beginning of the year. New lawn, new patio and fencing etc. Good quality and good with the details.

We had some new roof lights fitted in our kitchen not so long ago. During the winter we realised that they have not been fitted correctly, letting air in through the sides. The builder did a bad job with the openings being too small for the roof lights. We need someone to fill and make air tight before the winter. Any recommendations?

Another quick recommendation for Patryk ([email protected]) for any garden renovation work. He transformed our back garden: refencing, paving, lawn laying, shed building, painting etc. All to a really good quality, in good time. Him and his team are honest, have great attention to detail and really care about the job they do.

Wanted to put a quick recommendation up here for roofer, Russell Perring (‭07852 972052‬). Found him on the Forum originally, but wanted to second the recommendation after the support he gave me getting out of a tricky situation between party wall surveyors. He went out of his way to talk to the surveyors directly, do multiple drawings offering different solutions and redrawing following party wall surveyor feedback. It was a prolonged process over a number of months, one of which most contractors would have walked away from. Once we eventually had approval to proceed with the works, he came round with his team and finished the job (waterproofing issues / leadwork / repointing / gutterwork) in less than a day. The job required access to our neighbours property where he was extremely polite and left the place as he found it. Because of his quality, he?s a busy guy (quite hard to get hold of), but I recommend to hold out if you need a trustworthy roofer.
