  1. Alternatively, ask the librarians or school officers or curators working at the Horniman Museum: I say so because they have a huge collection of musical instruments and lot of programmes of engagement with local groups. I guess they may know who knows where beginner drummers can find a place to practice... Best of luck Maria Longo
  2. There is a pump available at the petrol station in Norwood Road (West Norwood) close to the B&Q where I have often seen car drivers stopping to fill their tyres but it is with coins, it works on a self-service basis, it is not serviced.
  3. I am happy with Dulwich Cobblers in Herne Hill - I have been using them for a number of years now, it is the shop close to the station in Railroad Rd. They have never turned down any request, do an efficient and professionally robust work with reasonable prices. Out of the area, useful I you go back and forth from Central London, for emergencies and urgencies I would recommend Le Premier Shoe Repair in Lower Marsh: I used them in a couple of occasions and they seemed really incomparable. Best wishes Maria Longo
  4. Hi Hanna.B and Pugwash I use a public register listing waste carriers, brokers and dealers. You can check if somebody offering you the service is actually registered for that category of work that is doing. It is accessible free of charge at: https://environment.data.gov.uk/public-register/view/index The only problem is the high turnover in the market and the misuse of credentials. Better if you always ask also for an invoice to make sure of who's who. Best of luck! Maria Maria Longo 07887 990108 Personal Motto: Get Rid of All The Clutter and Find Joy! :-)
