  1. Yeah - he was making supper for me last night - did he have red roses with him ? ....perhaps he picked them up after he got the cheese.
  2. Hi I'm looking for a pianist to play Jazz/Folk styles - if you are a pianist or can recommend one please p m me. Thank you
  3. Haven't been to Franklins since one of the members of staff was so rude a couple of years ago. Franklins has an "in crowd" if you're in the group it's hit or miss. I wouldn't bet on it. I've never had a bad experience at The Palmerston.
  4. So many ambulances and emergency vehicles heading down Red Post Hill. Fairly quiet in Herne Hill so don't think it's the flooding.
  5. Does anyone know where I can buy sofa stuffing locally ?

    Juicers

Hi I have an Anthony Worral Thompson Breville juicer, a few years old but perfect condition as rarely used. When I juice the pulp is far from dry. Before I invest in a new one I wonder if this is normal for juicers ?

This is my experience of working with various local authorities, the patient applies to their local borough, having Cancer does not fast track the application, e.g for a patient being treated for Lung Cancer, if you can walk a certain distance - you don't qualify, if the applicant is successful it can take up to six weeks, I am working with local authorities and TFL to try to get something in place long term but this was just a thought, for short term immediate help. > -------------------------------------------------- > ----- > > Hi All > > I work as a Cancer Advisor, within a Cancer > > Support Organisation. 8. Love Jack - he did a fantastic short cut and colour.
  9. I'll go see the this week. Thanks for the input.
  10. Thank you, I will do. Can anyone suggest good newsagents ? I usually go to one opposite Foxtons.
  11. Hi All I work as a Cancer Advisor, within a Cancer Support Organisation. Currently we are finding that more and more patients are having difficulties attending appointments for essential treatment due to travel costs. We are very lucky to have hospital transport but it often means patients waiting around for many hours which doesn't help with their fatigue, also some patients are happy to continue being independent for as long as possible. I was thinking that if we had a designated newsagents in our community perhaps residents would pop in with one or two pounds which would help top up our patients Oyster Cards. This will hopefully be short term as I am talking to TFL for a permanent solution to this problem. Any thoughts or opinions will be appreciated. Thanks
  12. Any pianists with a bit of free time to get together and possibly work on a set?
